Upgrade and recover are only possible if you have your Serto Agent isntance using a remote database. See the database setup guide in order to use a remote database.
In case your Serto Agent server got corrupted/terminated or you want to upgrade it, you need to run the following steps:
- Launch a new Serto Agent instance in EC2
- Login to that instance
- Go to
- Fill the fields with the data corresponding to your remote database instance
- Login again and you should see the recovered data.
In this process any database migrations required to upgrade to the current Serto Agent version will be executed automatically.
